PayPal is my preferred method of payment. PayPal is a secure payment service that will never use your information other then for this sale. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card. To learn more, please go to www.PayPal.com.
 
 
You can also email or call me and I can run your credit/debit card over the phone if you prefer not to use PayPal as a payment method.
 
If you prefer to pay by check or bank money order, please contact me via email at thesassybeach@aol.com, and specify which item(s) you would like so I can put the item(s) on HOLD for you with a non-refundable deposit. I handle all arrangements over the phone or by email. I hold the merchandise until the check clears my bank. My address will be included in the email or you may use PayPal.

One of a kind piece’s: 

In the event that one of my designs sells on line or in boutiques around town, I reserve the right to offer you another piece of my collection at an equal or greater value. 
 
Returns and Exchanges Policy:
 
All sales are final. My goal is to provide you with a high quality product that meets your expectation and satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order for any reason after you receive it, I will give you a store credit only, after I receive the product back in the same condition mailed to you. All items and shipping are nonrefundable.

I guarantee that your order will arrive at your door in perfect condition. If you notice any signs of damage or other problems, please contact me at The Sassy Beach (253 576 2422 immediately). I will arrange for a pick-up of the damaged goods along with the damaged box they came in and send a replacement as soon as possible (providing USPS caused the damage and shows no signs of wear of mistreatment). If the item was a one of a kind creation, I will arrange a refund or apply your purchase as credit toward another selection from The Sassy Beach Designer line. Very rarely do I send the wrong item in your order. If you have received a wrong item by mistake, please contact The Sassy Beach Designer immediately. I will arrange for a pick-up of the wrong item and send the correct order as soon as possible, at no charge to you.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any other reason than the ones listed above, you must call The Sassy Beach Designer immediately and arrange an exchange. There are no refunds on these exchanges, only credit toward another design from The Sassy Beach Designer collection. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and the cost of shipping the replacement items.

Gift-wrap:

If you would like your purchases sent directly to a friend, I will gladly ship them gift wrapped including a ribbon, and gift card with your message handwritten on the card for a personal touch. It is as simple as adding your note in the comments section of the form you will fill out, providing me with your friend's name and shipping address.

General Care Instructions:

Use liquid jewelry cleaners, or toothpaste and warm water. Rinse and dry. Store in individual containers or hang. Try not to let your metals touch each other as it can cause oxidation on the silver. For antique metals there is no cleaning needed, just a damp wipe with a soft cloth. Please do not use polishing cloth on brushed metal.

Hypoallergenic:

All pieces are hypoallergenic (to common allergies) and nickel free since I use the finest quality of materials and purest elements. My components are safe for those who suffer irritation sensitivity and have allergies to regular earrings, necklaces, and bracelets. Please let me know if you have any of these allergies and I will use the purest metal on the designs you order. There will be a slight increase in cost if the design you picked out is not already of the purest metals.

Disclaimer: Small children should not play with this product since it contains small pieces that can pose a choking hazard or strangulation hazard. Handmade products have a limited warranty and I do not guarantee durability. The Sassy Beach cannot take any responsibility for any damages, or consequences that may arise from use of my products.
