I promise to ship your order within 2-3 business days, upon receipt of payment.
I will notify you immediately if for any reason it might take longer then that (very rarely does that happen with the exception of holidays)
I use the flat rate to help save you money on your shipping. In the event that you are overcharged for shipping you will be refunded the overcharge per your method of payment (if you paid through PayPal you will be refunded through PayPal, if you paid per check you will be
refunded by check and etc.
If you need a rush order please contact me for an overnight rate.
Please note the sassy beach is not liable for loss or theft on boxes left on your doorstop. If you choose to pay the additional fee of $2.80 for signature required slip then the amount will be added to your total amount.
I use USPS with tracking so I can track your order to make sure you receive it on time and without any delays. If I notice that it is being delayed by the USPS for any reason I will notify you.
